Customs clearance takes about 1-2 days, and only after that the order begins to be displayed online. To check the status of the order, there are many services (for example, USPS.com), in which it is enough to enter only the code received from us.
If the order status does not change within 10 business days, contact your US Post Office. We value each client, and any non-standard issues are resolved individually.
